Enliven Home Health is excited to introduce Faith&Family Supportive Care and Hospice, our sister company, who now provides hospice services within Central Ohio!
At Faith&Family, we believe that Hospice is not “giving up” or stopping care but changing the focus of that care from chasing a cure to pursuing comfort through symptom management, psychosocial support, preventing unnecessary hospitalizations, and empowering the patient to age and pass in the comfort of their own home.
